张强,男,1986年7月生,工学博士,讲师,2015年毕业于东北农业大学国家重点学科农业机械化工程专业,获工学博士学位,同年7月来葡京集团工作。正在主持葡京集团自主科技创新基金项目1项(2662020GXPY017)、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目1项(2662015QD043)、塔里木大学现代农业工程重点实验室开放课题项目重点课题1项(TDNG20160102)、本科生科技创新专项(2020BC210)、大学生科技创新基金(SRF)项目(2016206;2017232)。近年来在Food Chemistry、Journal of Food Science and Technology、Canadian Biosystems Engineering等国内外农业工程领域著名学术期刊以第一编辑或通讯编辑身份发表学术论文13篇,其中SCI/EI收录论文10篇,获得授权实用新型专利1项,申报发明专利1项。目前主要从事稻谷产后处理、淡水鱼加工技术及装备方面的科学研究工作。
英文概况
Zhang Qiang, male, born in July 1986, Ph.D. in engineering, lecturer and was graduated from the national key discipline of agricultural mechanization engineering of Northeast Agricultural University in 2015, with a Ph.D. in engineering. He began to work in Huazhong Agricultural University in July of the same year. He is in charge of Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities (2662015QD043; 2662020GXPY017), Opening Subject for Key Laboratory of Modern Agriculture, Tarim University (TDNG20160102), and Project of University Student Science and Technology Innovation Fund (2016206; 2017232; 2020BC210). He has published 13 academic papers as the first author or corresponding author in Food Chemistry, Journal of Food Science and Technology, Canadian Biosystems engineering and other well-known domestic and foreign academic journals in the field of agricultural engineering, 10 of which are included in SCI/EI. One patent for utility model was obtained and one patent for invention was declared. At present, he is mainly engaged in the scientific research on processing technology and equipment of paddy rice and freshwater fish.
